Hiiiii friends… remember me? 🙈 It’s been 3 long years since I posted here and I’m ashamed. 🤣 If I’m being honest, my social anxiety has gotten a lot worse since the pandemic and showing up online has felt really hard. Putting myself out there became overwhelming and the longer I stayed away, the harder it felt to come back. But I want to change that in 2026. I don’t want to overthink or worry anymore. I miss the community and want to be weird on the internet again. 😌 Especially considering January 2026 marks the TEN-YEAR anniversary of this account. 😭😭 I genuinely can’t believe it. 10 years since I started my weight loss journey. Genuinely, where tf did the time go? Since I haven’t been posting, a lot of you might not know that I released wellness planners again this year (they’re pictured somewhere in this carousel). I took a four-year break from making them (oop 😬) due to a lot of reasons - mostly tied to mental health struggles I’ve been navigating since COVID. They’re currently on sale since we’re only a few days away from 2026 (and therefore they can’t be delivered in time for January 1st). They’re similar to the planners I’ve released in the past, but better (imo 😇).
